How does these forums works---Its HOW or WHY not WHAT

What is _ _ _ _ _  testing?
Please share some documents on testing or how can we implement things. 


I really feel that this why few people in past introduced FORUMS, well I don't think so, the real definition of forums is where points were and are discussed and then the particular topic discussed needs fine tune to improve further more. Forum word was originated from Rome, way back 50BC correct me if I am wrong. So its our responsibility to keep the histories meaning intact and good future. 


Its always best to ask some one how you will do it or what kind of things you will do rather then simply shooting one line question. If we use "HOW" or "WHY" rather asking "WHAT" it will start a discussion and lead to multiple conclusions and from there onwards its our job to simple our own job to pick ideas which will suit you. Few might think that just to copy do we need to use questions with How and Why well no not all, because when we use How or Why we need to give our own perception when some one ask why do you need that information. 


Chain will form in forum and we will learn and others will learn...well we and others are same...its better to use ALL !!!!!!!  


Every one will get to learn but using right question and ready to share what we have.
